38 <br /> 1 A motion was made by Commissioner Dorosin, seconded by Commissioner McKee to <br /> 2 approve the charge. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Chair Price asked if the motion could include directing the group to select the co-chairs <br /> 5 from districts 1 and 2. <br /> 6 Commissioner Dorosin agreed to amend his motion, and Commissioner McKee <br /> 7 seconded. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Roll call ensued <br /> 10 <br /> 11 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Chair Price asked if it was the pleasure of the Board to have an outside facilitator for the <br /> 14 advisory group. <br /> 15 Commissioner McKee supported directing the group to select a facilitator, based on <br /> 16 previous positive experience in other groups led by a facilitator. <br /> 17 Commissioner Dorosin disagreed. He said the group should meet and ask for <br /> 18 facilitation, if necessary. He said he is not inclined to support paying a facilitator. <br /> 19 Commissioner Bedford said there may be a volunteer facilitator that is interested. <br /> 20 Bonnie Hammersley said the person staff had been speaking with would not be a <br /> 21 volunteer. <br /> 22 Chair Price agreed with Commissioner Dorosin, and suggested that the group bring in <br /> 23 the Elections Director Rachel Raper to assist. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 7. Consent Agenda <br /> 29 <br /> 30 • Removal of Any Items from Consent Agenda <br /> 31 • Approval of Remaining Consent Agenda <br /> 32 • Discussion and Approval of the Items Removed from the Consent Agenda <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Commissioner Greene noted that with item 8-e, the County will be adding over 1,000 <br /> 35 acres to the voluntary agricultural district, and she thanked those who have been involved with <br /> 36 the process. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 A motion was made by Commissioner Greene, seconded by Commissioner McKee to <br /> 39 approve the consent agenda. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Roll call ensued. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 VOTE: UNANMIOUS <br /> 44 <br /> 45 a.
