However, that requirement was <br /> removed and is no longer applicable and the BOCC may appoint whomever it chooses to <br /> board of adjustment vacancies. The webpage Commissioner Fowler referenced will need <br /> to be updated to reflect this requirement no longer exists." <br /> NOTE — If the individuals listed above are appointed, the following vacancies remain: <br /> None <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with this item. <br />
