It should be noted Planning staff held an second on-line NIM <br /> meeting on October 28,2020 to review 'updates' to the plan as <br /> proposed by the applicant in advance of the Planning Board <br /> meeting. <br /> 5. Planning Board Review: The Planning Board reviewing this <br /> application at its November 4, 2020 regular meeting, <br /> approximately 46 days after the September 15, 2020 NIM. The <br /> Board made a recommendation on the imposition of conditions <br /> and action on the proposal for ultimate review/action by the <br /> BOCC. <br /> Staff is required, under the provisions of the UDO, to notify <br /> property owners within 1,000 ft. of a parcel subject to an MPD- <br /> CZ application of the date/time of a the Planning Board meeting <br /> where the application is to be reviewed. <br /> Notices were mailed on October 20, 2020 to all property owners <br /> within 1,00 ft. of the subject parcel (15 days in advance of the <br /> eeting). Signage advertising the date/time of the Planning <br /> Board meeting were posted on October 23, 2020, 13 days <br /> before the meeting date. <br /> 6. BOCC Public Hearing: The BOCC reviews all zoning atlas amendment <br /> requests during an advertised public hearing. The public hearing <br /> began on December 15, 2020. Additional meeting(s) are being held <br /> on January 5 and 12, 2021 to allow the general public to offer <br /> comment(s). <br /> In accordance with Section 2.8.7 of the UDO, notices were mailed via <br /> first class mail to property owners within 1,000 ft. of the subject <br /> parcels providing the date/time of the BOCC public hearing where the <br /> proposal is to be reviewed. These notices were mailed on November <br /> 25, 2020, 19 days before the meeting. Staff also posted the subject <br /> parcels with signs indicating the date/time of the public hearing on <br /> December 4, 2020, 11 days before the meeting. <br /> From date of original submittal, the process from application submittal <br /> to the date of the public hearing was 4 months.
