It should be noted Planning staff held an second on-line NIM meeting on October 28,2020 to review 'updates' to the plan as proposed by the applicant in advance of the Planning Board meeting. 5. Planning Board Review: The Planning Board reviewing this application at its November 4, 2020 regular meeting, approximately 46 days after the September 15, 2020 NIM. The Board made a recommendation on the imposition of conditions and action on the proposal for ultimate review/action by the BOCC. Staff is required, under the provisions of the UDO, to notify property owners within 1,000 ft. of a parcel subject to an MPD- CZ application of the date/time of a the Planning Board meeting where the application is to be reviewed. Notices were mailed on October 20, 2020 to all property owners within 1,00 ft. of the subject parcel (15 days in advance of the eeting). Signage advertising the date/time of the Planning Board meeting were posted on October 23, 2020, 13 days before the meeting date. 6. BOCC Public Hearing: The BOCC reviews all zoning atlas amendment requests during an advertised public hearing. The public hearing began on December 15, 2020. Additional meeting(s) are being held on January 5 and 12, 2021 to allow the general public to offer comment(s). In accordance with Section 2.8.7 of the UDO, notices were mailed via first class mail to property owners within 1,000 ft. of the subject parcels providing the date/time of the BOCC public hearing where the proposal is to be reviewed. These notices were mailed on November 25, 2020, 19 days before the meeting. Staff also posted the subject parcels with signs indicating the date/time of the public hearing on December 4, 2020, 11 days before the meeting. From date of original submittal, the process from application submittal to the date of the public hearing was 4 months.
