Neighborhood Information Meeting: Per Section 2.9.2 (D) of <br /> the UDO, staff is required to hold a neighborhood information <br /> meeting (NIM) to allow for the public review of the <br /> proposal. This meeting is required to be held 14 days prior to <br /> the date of the Planning Board meeting where the application is <br /> scheduled to be reviewed. Notices of the date/time of the <br /> meeting are mailed to property owners within 1,000 ft. of the <br /> subject property. Signage is also posted on the property <br /> advertising the date/time of the meeting. <br /> PLANNING STAFF COMMENT: This meeting was held on <br /> September 15, 2020 in accordance with Section 2.9.2 (D) of the <br /> UDO. The meeting was held in an on-line format due to current <br /> public health concerns. <br /> 3 <br />
