Any other information identified during the pre-application conference <br /> deemed essential to demonstrate the project's compliance with these <br /> regulations. <br /> PLANNING STAFF COMMENT: A complete application package, <br /> including required review fee, was submitted on August 7, 2020. Per <br /> the UDO, staff has 5 business days to determine if the application is <br /> complete. Staff determined the application was complete on August <br /> 12, 2020. <br /> 3. Development Advisory Committee Review: Consistent with <br /> Section 1.9 of the UDO, all submittals are reviewed by an <br /> internal staff committee called the Development Advisory <br /> Committee (DAC). The purpose of the DAC is: <br /> a. Review proposed text and atlas amendments, <br /> Conditional Districts, Special Use permits, rezonings, <br /> subdivisions or other similar technical issues that may <br /> be referred to the Committee; <br /> b. Review in cooperation with the Planning Director the <br /> relationship between the Comprehensive Plan and this <br /> Ordinance; and <br /> c. Produce, as required, for all County governing bodies and <br /> planning boards a report on such proposed text and atlas <br /> amendments, Conditional Districts, Special Use permits, <br /> rezonings, subdivisions or other similar technical issues that <br /> may be referred to the Committee. <br /> Membership on the DAC includes: <br /> i. Orange County Planning Department <br /> (including Erosion Control, Building <br /> Inspections, Engineering, Transportation, <br /> Comprehensive Planning, etc.); <br /> ii. Orange County Health Department; <br /> iii. Orange County Department of <br /> 2 <br />
