The funds are included in the Tax Administrator's budget. <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: The following Orange County Social Justice Goal is applicable to <br /> this item: <br /> • GOAL: ENABLE FULL CIVIC PARTICIPATION <br /> Ensure that Orange County residents are able to engage government through voting and <br /> volunteering by eliminating disparities in participation and barriers to participation. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There is no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impact associated with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board discuss the following: <br /> 1) An amendment of the Expiration Dates for all current positions on the Board of <br /> Equalization and Review from September 30, 2021 to March 31, 2021; <br /> 2) The appointment of new members to the Board of Equalization and Review, designating <br /> regular members and alternates, for a two-year term to be served from April 1, 2021 <br /> through March 31, 2023; and <br /> 3) The appointment of one of the regular members to serve as the Chair. <br /> Pending this March 9, 2021 discussion, the date correction, appointments, and designation of the <br /> Chair will be scheduled for approval during the Board's March 16, 2021 Business Meeting. <br />
