Provided that such notice has been given,the Designer may request in writing <br /> an adjustment in the Key Milestone Listing dates, which shall be granted by the Owner to the extent reasonable. <br /> ARTICLE 7 <br /> DESIGNER'S COMPENSATION <br /> 7.1 Compensation for Basic Services <br /> 7.1.1 Compensation for Basic Services shall include all compensation due the Designer from the Owner for all services under this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 7.2 Breakdown of Compensation for Basic Services <br /> Not-to-exceed Compensation for Basic Services consists of the following compensation for the following separate categories of services: <br /> 7.2.1 Schematic Design Phase. $21,521.50 (Insert Lump Sum or Time and Materials as appropriate)fee of <br /> 7.2.2 Design Development Phase.
