Customer shall promptly notify Submittable of any Error and provide <br /> Submittable with reasonable detail of the nature and circumstances of the Error. <br /> 9.2 Compliance. Each Party shall comply with all terms and conditions of this SLA. <br /> 9.3 Data Backup. Customer agrees to backup all data, files, and information before the <br /> performance of any of Submittable's efforts to respond to and Resolve any Incidents and Customer <br /> hereby assume sole responsibility for any lost or altered data, files, or information. <br /> 9.4 Information. Customer shall provide Submittable with all information reasonably <br /> requested by Submittable from time to time relating to Customer's use of the Service, including <br /> information on Customer's hardware, network, and systems. <br /> 10. Workmanship. Submittable will perform its obligations under this SLA using personnel of <br /> required skill, experience, and qualifications and in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance <br /> with generally recognized industry standards for similar services and will devote adequate resources to <br /> meet its obligations under this SLA. <br /> 11. Subcontractors. Submittable may, in its sole discretion, perform any of Submittable's obligations <br /> in this SLA by or through third parties. <br /> 12. Term and Termination. This SLA shall be in effect so long as the TOS is in effect. This SLA <br /> will terminate upon termination of the TOS. <br /> 13. Conflict.
