The size of material shall not <br /> be taken into account except where such material is below the required minimum <br /> planting size, in which case no credit shall be granted. <br /> (E) In order to receive credit for any retained trees, 100%of the critical root zone shall <br /> remain undisturbed. Trees with critical root zones outside the protected area shall not <br /> count toward any landscaping requirements unless consistent with Section 6.8.6(E)(2). <br /> 6.8.9 Screening <br /> (A) Applicability <br /> (1) The standards contained herein shall apply to the following: <br /> (a) Air handlers and similar mechanical equipment in multifamily or <br /> nonresidential development; <br /> (b) Outdoor storage for nonresidential development146; <br /> (c) Loading areas;and <br /> (d) Trash handling facilities,including dumpsters and recycling. <br /> 146 This appears to be either an outdated or partial term.
