255 <br /> ARTICLE 6: DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br /> SECTION 6.1: .A- . <br /> 6.1.1 Establishment of Dimensional Requirements <br /> The required minimum lot size, minimum lot width, required front,side and rear setbacks, <br /> maximum building height and maximum lot coverage and permitted intensity of development for <br /> each of the general)conventional districts shall be as shown in this Article and Article 3 of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 6.1.2 Town of Chapel Hill Land Development Standards <br /> The regulations governing minimum lot size,minimum lot width,required yard setbacks, <br /> maximum building height and other dimensional requirements controlling the permitted intensity <br /> of development as contained in the Town of Chapel Hill Land Development Ordinance are hereby <br /> adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein.
