227 <br /> Article 5: Uses <br /> Section 5.13:Standards for Agricultural Uses <br /> and horse trailers. <br /> (5) Loudspeakers and public address systems shall not be used before 7 a.m.or <br /> after 7 p.m.if an existing residence is located within 1,000 feet of the facility, <br /> unless approved otherwise in the *conditions of approval. <br /> (6) All unpaved areas shall be maintained in a manner which prevents dust from <br /> adversely impacting adjacent properties. <br /> (7) Application materials shall include a comprehensive groundwater study,for <br /> facilities expected to use more groundwater on an annual basis than an average <br /> single family residence(which uses 240 gallons of water per day)built at the <br /> highest density the existing zoning district would allow.
