The size of <br /> material shall not be taken into account except where such material is below the <br /> required minimum planting size, in which case no credit shall be granted. <br /> (E) In order to receive credit for any retained trees, 100% of the critical root zone shall <br /> remain undisturbed. Trees with critical root zones outside the protected area shall <br /> not count toward any landscaping requirements unless consistent with Section <br /> 6.8.6(E)(2). <br /> 6.8.9 Screening <br /> (A) Applicability <br /> (1) The standards contained herein shall apply to the following: <br /> (a) Air handlers and similar mechanical equipment in multifamily or <br /> nonresidential development; <br /> (b) Outdoor storage for nonresidential development137; <br /> (c) Loading areas; and <br /> 137 This appears to be either an outdated or partial term.
