It replaces Attachment 1 in the agenda <br /> packet for the March 3, 2021 ORC meeting. <br /> The following pages contain UDO amendments necessary to conform Orange County's UDO to <br /> new NCGS chapter 160D. <br /> Within this amendment package: <br /> • Red Underlined Text: Denotes new, proposed text that staff is suggesting be <br /> added to the UDO <br /> • Red Strikethro gh Text: Denotes existing text that staff is proposing to delete <br /> Only those pages of the UDO impacted by the proposed modifications have been included <br /> within this packet. Due to time constraints, staff was not able to add a large "X" through large <br /> sections of text that are not part of the amendments under consideration.
