DocuSign Envelope ID: D5C73C19-1B36-45C1-B7DD-03847579E3BD <br /> Exhibit A <br /> Scope of Services for Handy Helpers Repair Work <br /> August 10, 2020 <br /> General Description <br /> Hope Renovations will assist the Orange County Department of Housing and Community Development <br /> (hereinafter "OCHCD") and the Orange County Department on Aging (hereinafter "OCDOA") in <br /> performing repairs, accessibility modifications, and related work for clients in OCDOA's Handy Helpers <br /> program. <br /> Specific Tasks <br /> • Clients will be referred to Hope Renovations by OCDOA through the Handy Helpers program. <br /> • Hope Renovations will provide OCDOA a scope of work and cost estimate for every job. <br /> • Projects with cost estimates above $500 must be approved by OCDOA before work commences. <br /> Terms <br /> • Hope Renovations will invoice OCHCD on a monthly basis, and provide a copy of each invoice to <br /> OCDOA. <br /> • OCHCD will pay Hope Renovation's invoices within 30 days of date of receipt. <br /> • Total payments to Hope Renovations for repairs on a single property will not exceed $1,500. <br /> • Total payments to Hope Renovations for the scope of this contract will not exceed $15,000. <br /> Contract Duration <br /> Hope Renovations will begin providing services to OCHCD starting on August 10, 2020. The Specific <br /> Tasks outlined above will be completed on or before June 30, 2021. <br />
