Submit design to NCDOT(district office)and make necessary plan revisions for approvals. <br /> 3.Construction Phase: <br /> ..a.Provide construction review services,answer contractor RFIs,review change requests,provide regular site visits for review <br /> of work(maximum of three),and provide pre-final and final site inspections <br /> 4.Budget for Miscellaneous Expenses: <br /> ..a.Mileage,printing,express mailings,etc <br /> 5.Transition Planning Services: <br /> a.Organize transition and occupancy team. <br /> ..b.Monthly transition meetings during final phases of construction. <br /> c.Develop/review staffing and hiring phase plan. <br /> d.Prepare a personnel activation schedule. <br /> e.Review and assist with scenario,and post order development. <br /> f.Develop and conduct pre-occupancy training efforts. <br /> g.Identify Pre-occupancy logistics plan. <br /> h.Review/develop the detention classification plan. <br /> i.Coordinate facility shakedown. <br /> j.Develop PREA and detention policy and procedures manual,and inmate handbook. <br /> k.Conduct post-occupancy evaluation/risk assessment. <br /> 1.Provide Operational FF&E identification and obtain bids for such to be submitted to the county for purchase. <br /> in.New Facility Operation training. <br /> n.
