5 <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: The following Orange County Social Justice Goal is <br /> applicable to this item: <br /> • GOAL: ENSURE ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY <br /> The creation and preservation of infrastructure, policies, programs and funding <br /> necessary for residents to provide shelter, food, clothing and medical care for <br /> themselves and their dependents. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There are no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impacts associated with these items. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: Financial impacts are included in the background information above. This <br /> budget amendment provides for the receipt of these additional funds in FY 2020-21 and increases <br /> the General Fund by $355,927; increases the Community Development Fund by $226,817; <br /> increases the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Fund by $94,255; and increases the Visitors <br /> Bureau Fund by $48,743. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the budget and grant <br /> project ordinance amendments for Fiscal Year 2020-21 . <br />
