The GFOA's CetiOcete of Achievement recognizes excellence In the preparation <br />and presentation of annual audits and financial roports. The GFOA Cedifiwle of Achievement <br />is generally acknowledged as the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental <br />accounting antl fnancial reporting- Ifs attainment represents a signRirant achievement by e <br />governmental em8y and its 5nancial management team. <br />The Orange County Finance Depadmenl has been awaNed the GFOA Certificate of <br />Achlevement every year slots 1982.
