GARY CARLEEN RICHARDSON <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND USE MAP (FLUM) CHANGE: CHANGING <br /> PARCEL FROM RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL TRANSITION <br /> ACTIVITY NODE (CITAN) <br /> AND <br /> GENERAL USE REZONING: <br /> RURAL RESIDENTIAL (R-1) TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC-4) <br /> PIN 9873-54-6387 <br /> I, Michael Harvey, Planner III / Current Planning Supervisor with Orange County, North <br /> Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Sections <br /> 2.8.7 of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), I mailed, or caused <br /> to be mailed, via first class mail a notice of Planning Board Meeting to review and make <br /> a recommendation on an applicant modification of the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) <br /> and a general use rezoning request and on February 16, 2021. <br /> This notice informed those property owners within 1,000 feet of the subject property that <br /> the applicant is seeking a FLUM and Zoning Atlas Amendment change to the subject <br /> property. A notice was also sent to the affected property owner via certified mail on the <br /> same date stated above. This notice was mailed on February 16, 2021, 15 days before <br /> the Planning Board meeting. <br /> The property owners within 1,000 feet were identified according to the Orange County <br /> Tax Records as required by the LIDO. The mailed notice included the date, time, place, <br /> and subject of the meeting. <br /> Staff also posted the subject parcel with signs indicating the date/time of the Planning <br /> Board's review of the request on February 19, 2021, 12 days before the Planning Board <br /> meeting. <br /> WITNESS my hand, this 22nd day of February, 2021. <br /> o, <br /> Michael Harvey, AICP, CFM, CZO <br /> Planner III/Current Planning Supervisor <br />
