Additional work, if required, shall be authorized by the client prior to initiation. Provided conditions are as understood and as assumed, ECS would expect the final costs to be as outlined above. Should conditions, sampling results or observations indicate that additional work is necessary or warranted, we would notify you of the additional costs before modifying or expanding the extent of our scope of services. If other items are required based on field conditions encountered in our field exploration program, they would be invoiced on an hourly basis. SCHEDULE The asbestos removal plans and specifications (Task 1) can be prepared within two weeks of written authorization to proceed.
