Understand that the LHD can provide lodging and wrap-around services as described below for <br /> individuals while under state or federal quarantine and isolation orders. <br /> 1. Costs associated with testing and monitoring of isolated individuals as well as facilitating <br /> isolation to prevent spread of COVID-19. May include wrap around services as necessary <br /> including lodging, meals, etc. Support for clinical care is not allowable. <br /> 2. Support for social services that will facilitate compliance with isolation and quarantine is <br /> allowed. <br /> G. If gift cards are purchased by the Local Health Department with the intent of providing them to <br /> affected individuals/families to cover these costs, they must be treated like cash with a formal chain <br /> of custody system in place. Custody of each card, by"serial"number, must begin when the cards <br /> are received by the LHD and be tracked by signature and continue each time a card changes hands <br /> until it is received by the client. These records will be subject to audit. <br /> July 2019 <br />
