Young children respond to and <br /> process emotional experiences and traumatic events in ways that are very different from <br /> adults and older children. <br /> This aligns with OCBOCC Goal #1 to ensure a community network of basic human services <br /> and infrastructure that maintains, protects, and promotes the well-being of all county <br /> residents by offering specialized services for our youngest residents. <br /> This aligns with CHC SR1 Children birth-to-K improve their education outcomes, and IR1.1 <br /> access early childhood development opportunities including therapy, interventions and <br /> support services. <br /> 7.
