9 <br /> 1 <br /> 2 CONTINUED VIRTUAL SPECIAL MEETING <br /> 3 JAN UARY 12, 2021 <br /> 4 7:00 p.m. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 The Orange County Board of Commissioners met for a Continued Virtual Special Meeting on <br /> 7 Tuesday, January 12, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Renee Price, Vice Chair Jamezetta Bedford, <br /> 10 and Commissioners Amy Fowler, Jean Hamilton, Mark Dorosin, Sally Greene, and Earl <br /> 11 McKee <br /> 12 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: NONE <br /> 13 COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: John Roberts <br /> 14 COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Bonnie Hammersley, Deputy County Manager <br /> 15 Travis Myren, Clerk to the Board Laura Jensen, and Assistant Deputy Clerk II Allen Coleman <br /> 16 (All other staff members will be identified appropriately below.) <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Due to current public health concerns, the Board of Commissioners is conducting a Continued <br /> 20 Virtual Special Meeting on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Members of the Board of <br /> 21 Commissioners participated in the meeting remotely. As in prior meetings, members of the <br /> 22 public were able to view and listen to the meeting via live streaming video at <br /> 23 http://www.orangecountync.gov/967/Meeting-Videos and on Orange County Gov-TV on <br /> 24 channels 1301 or 97.6 (Spectrum Cable). <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 1. Call to Order <br /> 28 Chair Price called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and asked Commissioners to accept <br /> 29 a roll call. <br /> 30 Roll Call ensued. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 33 <br /> 34 2. Reconvene the Continued Virtual Special Meeting from January 5, 2021 <br /> 35 Chair Price asked for a motion reconvening the continued virtual special meeting from <br /> 36 January 5, 2021. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Fowler <br /> 39 to reconvene the special meeting from from January 5, 2020, and open the floor for public <br /> 40 comment. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Roll Call ensued. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 45 <br /> 46 3.
