Orange County will take into consideration feedback received, will review all written plans, <br /> and submit a written request to disengage to the DHHS Secretary for approval (details of which <br /> are outlined in the NC Administrative Code referenced below). <br /> In keeping with our dedication to transparency, Orange County commits to keeping the public <br /> informed during this process, including public meetings, information and listening sessions with key <br /> stakeholders, impacted residents and groups, and more. <br /> VI.
