North <br /> 5.8 Durables 9.9 Carolina employment is expected to reach 4,614,900 persons by <br /> 4.5 December 2021, an increase of 5.4 percent over the employment level <br /> Nondurables -0.1 in December 2020. The state is expected to add 245,100 net jobs in <br /> 4.1 Wholesale Trade 1.3 2021. <br /> 10.9 Retail Trade 1.9 Twelve of the state's fourteen nonagricultural sectors of the economy <br /> are expected to experience employment increases during 2021.
