Thus, it is common practice for water utilities to plan for water <br /> needs 30-50 years into the future, and even longer. <br /> What are the key steps to develop the Long-Range Water Supply Plan? <br /> Figure 1 illustrates the key steps to develop the LRWSP. Water supply planning is an ongoing <br /> process.
