Vendor will screen the materials using no larger than a 3 (three) inch screen. • Work should be performed during the following hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:pm • Vendor will provide all necessary equipment. No county resources will be utilized. • Vendor will arrange windrows in the following dimensions: 24-foot base, not to exceed 12 feet in height with a minimum 25-foot lane space between windrows and less than 100 yards long. • Vendor equipment and vehicles must be properly registered and insured in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Laws of the State of North Carolina. • Vendor will ensure that all equipment conforms to all Federal, State, and local safety regulations. • Vendor will maintain and fuel all equipment used during the project. • Vendor will provide to Orange County a certificate of insurance reflecting the appropriate Insurance as required by Orange County purchasing...Those requirements may be found at https://www.orangecountync.gov/DocumentCenter/View/1866/Minimum-Insurance-Coverage- Requirements-PDF.
