Examine substrates for compliance with requirements for installation tolerances, and <br /> other conditions affecting performance of flooring. <br /> B.Verify substrate is clean and free of loose material, grease and other contaminates <br /> which may interfere with bonding of adhesive. <br /> C. Substrate Moisture Testing: Use Calcium Chloride Test or Tramex Moisture Encounter <br /> Meter. . <br /> E. Verify HVAC System is operating and maintaining temperature and humidity conditions <br /> in compliance with Manufacturer's Installation Instructions. <br /> F.
