Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplementary <br /> Conditions and Division 01 Specification Sections, apply to this Section. <br /> 1.2 SUMMARY <br /> A. This Section includes wood flooring repair,replacement as required. <br /> B. For flooring cleaning and refinishing follow NFWA standards manual for "Maintenance and <br /> Recoating of Hardwood Floors", latest edition. See specifically NFWA standards for removing <br /> grease. <br /> C. Related Sections include the following: <br /> 1. Division 07 Sections for waterproofing membranes. <br /> 1.3 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Product Data: For each type of product indicated. <br /> B. Shop Drawings: Show installation details including location and layout of each type of wood <br /> flooring and accessory. <br /> C. Samples for Initial Selection: submit samples for matching for color, grain, species, for wood <br /> flooring. <br /> D. Samples for Verification: For each type of wood flooring and accessory, with stain color and <br /> finish required, approximately 30 inches wide X 30 inches long panel and of same thickness and <br /> material indicated for the Work and showing the full range of normal color and texture <br /> variations expected. <br /> 1.4 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> A. Manufacturer Qualifications: A qualified manufacturer that is certified for chain of custody by <br /> an FSC-accredited certification body. <br /> B.
