Modifications to Article 7—Contractor: <br /> 1. Add the following subparagraph 7.23.1: Electricity and water is available in the work <br /> area for Contractor's use in performing the work,with the cost covered by the Owner. <br /> Contractor shall be responsible to coordinate electrical load for tools and equipment to <br /> ensure circuit capacities for available outlets are not exceeded. <br /> E. Add the following subparagraph 26.1.2: On-site work hours: Limit work in the existing <br /> building to normal business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,Monday through Friday. <br /> Special arrangements may be made in advance with the Owner to extend normal hours <br /> and shall be at the discretion of the Owner. <br /> 3. Add the following subparagraph 26.1.3: Noise,Vibration, and Odors: Contractor shall <br /> coordinate operations that may result in high levels of noise and vibration,odors,or other <br /> disruption of tenant occupancy with the Owner. <br /> 4.
