The Grant Recipient must submit to the Fund a progress report on <br /> the status of the Project on the first day of each calendar quarter(April 1,July 1,October 1,January 1)via the <br /> appropriate form provided on the Fund's online grant management system. In addition, the Grant Recipient <br /> must comply with all reporting requirements of N.C.G.S. Chapter §143C, Article 6, Part 3 and Title 09, <br /> Subchapter 3M of the North Carolina Administrative Code (N.C.A.C.), and any revisions thereof. Grant <br /> Recipient must also provide the required documentation as set forth on Exhibits C, C.1, and C.2. All such <br /> required reports shall be filed in accordance with the applicable statutes and rules on the forms required by <br /> the Office of State Budget and Management ("OSBM") and the Office of the State Auditor ("OSA") and <br /> submitted online via the Fund's online grants management system. <br /> Grant Recipient agrees that the Fund and the OSA have the right to audit the books and records of the Grant <br /> Recipient pertaining to this Grant Contract both prior to Closing and for five(5)years after the completion <br /> or termination of this Grant Contract, or until all audit exceptions, if any,have been resolved,whichever is <br /> longer. The Grant Recipient shall retain complete accounting records,including original invoices,payrolls, <br /> Grant Contracts,working papers, or other documents clearly showing the nature of all costs incurred under <br /> this Grant contract, for that same period of time. All such records shall be accessible to the Fund, the <br /> Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, OSBM and OSA. <br /> 10. Notice; Contract Administrators. All notices, requests or other communications permitted or <br /> required to be made under this Grant Contract shall be given to the respective Contract Administrator. Notice <br /> shall be in writing, signed by the Party giving such notice. Notice shall be deemed given three (3)business <br /> days next following the date when deposited in the mail, postage prepaid, registered or certified mail, return <br /> receipt requested,unless another form is otherwise noted herein. <br /> 11. Signature Warranty.
