Section 03 30 00 "Cast-in-Place Concrete" for general building applications of concrete. <br /> 2. Section 32 13 73 "Concrete Paving Joint Sealants" for joint sealants in expansion and <br /> contraction joints within concrete paving and in joints between concrete paving and asphalt <br /> paving or adjacent construction. <br /> 1.3 DEFINITIONS <br /> A. Cementitious Materials: Portland cement alone or in combination with one or more of blended <br /> hydraulic cement, fly ash, slag cement, and other pozzolans. <br /> B. W/C Ratio: The ratio by weight of water to cementitious materials. <br /> 1.4 PREINSTALLATION MEETINGS <br /> A. Preinstallation Conference: Conduct conference at Project site. <br /> 1. Review methods and procedures related to concrete paving, including but not limited to, <br /> the following: <br /> a. Concrete mixture design. <br /> b. Quality control of concrete materials and concrete paving construction practices. <br /> 2. Require representatives of each entity directly concerned with concrete paving to attend, <br /> including the following: <br /> a. Contractor's superintendent. <br /> b.
