As such, it shall be part of, and include in, the contract, and modifies the original <br /> bidding documents. The following documents are to be incorporated in the bid documents: <br /> Orange County Construction Contract <br /> Orange County Dispute Resolution <br /> Orange County Minimum Insurance Requirements <br /> The following questions were asked at the pre-bid meeting and/or changes have been made to the <br /> plans and specifications to clarify issues raised. A list of attendees for the meeting is attached. <br /> Item#1 —Drawing D-1 <br /> Replace Sheet D-1 in its entirety with the revised Addendum #1 sheet. Clarification has been <br /> made to final grade/waterproofing location and waterproofed/dampproofed note. <br /> Item#2— Specification Section 07-13-00 <br /> Replace Specification Section 07-13-00 in its entirety with the attached revised Addendum #1 <br /> specification section. <br /> Item#3 — Specification Section 334600 <br /> Section does not apply to this project. Section was included in case subdrainage piping was <br /> needed. <br /> Item#4—Flared End Section <br /> The flared end section is located within the Ecosystem Conservation Area. The work area to access <br /> the pipe is limited to directly from the parking lot, and minimal disturbance to repair the pipe and <br /> riprap is allowed. The width of disturbance should be 10' or less. <br />
