The $40,000 requested from TOCH will be used to fund El's Affordable Housing Rental Program and the $15,000 will be used to fund the quarterly community outreach. The $40,000 requested from OC be used to fund the Affordable Housing Rental Program which requires more subsidy as rental inventory increases. EmPOWERment will use Human Services Funding to support programs beneficial to Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Orange County.
