Subsection 4.Extended Reporting Period of the General Terms and Conditions Section is amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "(a) If any Liability Coverage Section is either terminated or not renewed for any reason other than <br /> nonpayment of premium,any Insured shall have the right to purchase an Extended Reporting Period <br /> for the period set forth in Item 5(A)of the Declarations of these General Terms and Conditions,which <br /> period shall be one(1)year or such other period of time as agreed upon by the Company and the <br /> Insured. The Insured shall have the option of purchasing the Extended Reporting Period: <br /> 0) with a limit of liability that is part of,and not in addition to,the Company's maximum <br /> aggregate limit of liability for all Loss on account of all Claims first made during the <br /> immediately preceding Policy Year;or <br /> (ii) with a limit of liability that is equal to,and in addition to,the Company's maximum aggregate <br /> limit of liability for all Loss on account of all Claims first made during the immediately <br /> preceding Policy Year(the"reinstated limit"). <br /> The right to purchase an Extended Reporting Period shall lapse unless written notice <br /> of the desired Extended Reporting Period, together with payment of the additional <br /> applicable premium due, is received by the Company within thirty(30) days after the <br /> end of the Policy Period. Such notice must state if a reinstated limit of liability is <br /> desired. If such notice does not state that a reinstated limit of liability is desired, the <br /> limit of liability for the Extended Reporting Period shall be part of, and not in <br /> addition to, the Company's maximum aggregate limit of liability for all Loss on <br /> account of all Claims first made during the immediately preceding Policy Year. <br /> (b) If the Extended Reporting Period is purchased, then coverage otherwise afforded by <br /> such Liability Coverage Section will be extended to apply to Loss from Claims first <br /> made during such Extended Reporting Period but only for Wrongful Acts committed <br /> 14-02-10356 (ed. 10/2004) Page 1 <br />
