Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to <br /> perform the essential functions. <br /> Education and/or Experience: • <br /> • HS Diploma or equivalent required <br /> • A four year business related degree preferred or equivalent business experience. <br /> • 2-5 years store operations experience <br /> • Experience managing and improving Operational P&L performance. <br /> License/Certification:Valid NC Driver's License <br /> KNOWLEDGE: <br /> • Sales and Marketing— Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting,and <br /> selling products or services.This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product knowledge, <br /> sales techniques,and sales control systems. <br /> • Customer and Personal Service— Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer <br /> and personal services.This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for <br /> services,and evaluation of customer satisfaction. <br /> • Economics&Accounts-Knowledge of economic and accounting principles,forecasting,and <br /> analyzing data and financial information. <br /> • Administration and Management— Knowledge of business and management principles <br /> involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership <br /> technique, and coordination of people and resources. <br /> • Personnel and Human Resources—Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel <br /> recruitment,selection,training,compensation and benefits, labor relations,and negotiation,and <br /> personnel information systems. <br /> • Computers and Electronics— Knowledge of and computer hardware and software, including <br /> applications and programming.
