This budget amendment provides for the receipt of <br /> these funds from the Town of Hillsborough for the above stated purpose within the <br /> Community Development Fund. The Housing and Community Development Department has received notification of <br /> $80,000 in grant funds from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) to be <br /> used toward the Urgent Repair Program.
