Minutes <br /> The Board approved the draft minutes from November 5, 12, and 17, 2020 as submitted <br /> by the Interim Clerk to the Board. <br /> b. Motor Vehicle Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release motor <br /> vehicle property tax values for six taxpayers with a total of fourteen bills that will result in a <br /> reduction of revenue in accordance with the NCGS. <br /> C. Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release property <br /> tax values for fourteen taxpayers with a total of twenty-one bills that will result in a reduction of <br /> revenue in accordance with North Carolina General Statute 105-381. <br /> d. Applications for Property Tax Exemption/Exclusion <br /> The Board approved nine untimely applications for exemption/exclusion from ad valorem <br /> taxation for nine bills for the 2020 tax year. <br /> e. Advisory Boards and Commissions —Appointments <br /> The Board approved the Advisory Boards and Commissions appointments as reviewed <br /> and discussed during the November 12, 2020 Work Session. <br /> f. Approve a Construction Contract for the Main Building Roof Replacement of the <br /> Orange County Sportsplex Building <br /> The Board approved a construction contract with Bar Roofing and Maintenance for the <br /> main building roof replacement at the Orange County Sportsplex; and consider authorizing the <br /> County Manager to execute the Agreement and execute any subsequent amendments for <br /> contingent and unforeseen requirements up to the approved budget amount on behalf of the <br /> Board. <br /> g. Memorandum of Agreement Renewal with Town of Hillsborouqh — Fairview Park <br /> The Board voted to renew an existing Memorandum of Agreement with the Town of <br /> Hillsborough for certain activities and operations of Fairview Park. <br /> h. Proposed One-Year Extension to ABB's Inc.'s Incentive Performance Agreement <br /> Concerning the Company's Employment & Investment Target Dates <br />
