Have designed and installed 11 repeater sites. Worked for an <br /> Internet Service company from 1992 to 1997, designed security and routing equipment hardware <br /> and software. Planning board experience give me familiarity with the county and ordinances. <br /> Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br /> Internet access is like water, sanitation, electricity and telephone- it is a must have utility. Rural <br /> areas need to be on an equal footing with urban areas, as we have seen during the pandemic. <br /> This needs to be done now, and it needs to be done right. <br /> Contribution to the diversity of viewpoints on this board: <br /> First and foremost, insure that any approach will have the correct technical outcome. Use <br /> knowledge of county and topology gained with the radio system study to help find viable <br /> solutions.
