I think you may have already talked with Pat regarding this, but we are expanding the current <br /> self-storage facility to add +/-11,400 sf of new storage units.This is only a small percentage increase and I had run some <br /> trip generation numbers for it a while back and they are listed in the attached narrative.The county ordinance ask for a <br /> "traffic study"for such conditional zoning districts. I don't think that this increase would breech any thresholds of TIAs <br /> with you folks, and there for a "study" would be moot. So, if this is the case (as I think Pat has indicated from preliminary <br /> discussions with you) can you provide a memo or response letter stating for the record and use during our rezoning that <br /> the existing driveway has proven suitable and that the additional trips will not warrant additional improvements to the <br /> NCDOT street network? <br /> We would need to call this memo "RE:Traffic Study for Rougemont Self Storage".
