(2 building @ 3,600 <br /> sq. ft. each and 1 building @) 4,200 sq. ft.); <br /> • 50,000 sq. ft. of anticipated new land disturbance; and <br /> • 22,680 sq. ft. of additional impervious area. <br /> As currently proposed, Erosion Control And Stormwater has no objections to the approval of <br /> this rezoning request. Please note, however, that the level of proposed land disturbance will <br /> require additional Erosion Control and Stormwater permits. These permits will need to be <br /> submitted, reviewed and approved prior to any on-site development activity. <br />
