14 <br /> NORTH CAROLINA `OCX 384 WE 39t <br /> COMMISSIONER'S DEED <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> THIS DEED, made and entered into this the � day of March, <br /> 1982, by and between EVERETT KENNEDY, CLAYTON HAITHCOCK and <br /> LUCIUS M. CHESHIRE, JR., acting as Commissioners as hereinafter stated, <br /> Parties of the First Part; and NELLIE C. NICHOLS and husband, LACY <br /> 27704 <br /> k <br /> NICHOLS, of 3811 Duke Homestead Road, Durham, North Carolina, Parties of <br /> the Second Part; <br /> WIT NESSETH: <br /> i THAT WHEREAS, in a certain special proceeding entitled "Julia C. <br /> i <br /> Mangum, et al, Petitioners, vs. Ila C.
