ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> AGENDA <br /> BOCC Continued Virtual Special Meeting <br /> January 12, 2021 <br /> Meeting—7:00 p.m. <br /> Due to current public health concerns, the Board of Commissioners is conducting a <br /> Continued Virtual Special Meeting on January 12, 2021 in follow-up to the initial Virtual <br /> Special Meeting on January 5, 2021. Members of the Board of Commissioners will be <br /> participating in the meeting remotely. As in prior meetings, members of the public will be <br /> able to view and listen to the meeting via live streaming video at <br /> orangecountync.gov/967/Meeting-Videos and on Orange County Gov-TV on channels <br /> 1301 or 97.6 (Spectrum Cable). <br /> In this virtual process, there are two methods for public comment: <br /> • Written submittals by email <br /> • Speaking during the virtual meeting <br /> Detailed public comment instructions for each method are provided at the bottom of <br /> this agenda. Reconvene the Continued Public Hearing from the December 15, 2020 <br /> Virtual Business Meeting and January 5, 2021 Virtual Special <br /> Meeting—Item 5-b—Zoning Atlas Amendment: Master Plan <br /> Development Conditional Zoning District(MPD-CZ) for Efland <br /> Station(formerly Beaver Crossing) <br /> 4. Close the Public Hearing for Item 5-b from the December 15, 2020 <br /> Business Meeting and authorize the acceptance of written <br /> comment(s)via e-mail to the Board at ocbocckoran eg countync.gov <br /> or by delivery to the Planning Department's office at 131 West <br /> Margaret Lane, 2nd floor, Hillsborough,North Carolina 27278, until <br /> 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2021 <br /> 5.
