24 <br /> EXHIBIT G <br /> ADDITIONAL DEFINITIONS <br /> The definitions set forth in N.C.G.S. Chapter 143C shall apply to this Grant Contract except as otherwise <br /> provided herein below. The definitions provided by 09 N.C.A.C. 03M shall apply to this Grant Contract to <br /> the extent they are not in conflict with N.C.G.S. Chapter 143C or this Grant Contract. In the event of <br /> conflict between or among definitions, N.C.G.S. Chapter 143C shall control over 09 N.C.A.C. 03M, and <br /> this Grant Contract shall control over N.C.G.S. Chapter 143C. <br /> (1) For purposes of this Grant Contract, a "Grantee," as defined in N.C.G.S. §143C-6-23, and <br /> "Recipient," as defined in 09 NCAC 03M .0102 and applicable to 09 N.C.A.C. 03M, shall be <br /> referred to as the "Grant Recipient." and the term"Grantee" shall mean and refer to an entity that <br /> is the recipient of an interest in real property. <br /> (2) For purposes of this Grant Contract, a "Subgrantee," as defined in N.C.G.S. §143C-6-23, and <br /> "Subrecipient," as defined in 09 NCAC 03M .0102 and applicable to 09 N.C.A.C. 03M, shall be <br /> referred to as a"Sub-grant Recipient." <br /> Orange County,North Carolina(NCLWF 2020-048 Moorefields Estate) <br /> Final—November 30,2020 Page 20 of 27 <br />
