Staff is continuing to review language on utility permitting and connection standards with the Orange <br /> Alamance Water (water provided) and the City of Mebane (sewer provider) staff and will provide <br /> additional feedback as soon as possible. <br /> Response: Comment noted. Kimley-Horn is working to schedule meetings with Orange <br /> Alamance Water and the City of Mebane to discuss the improvements necessary for <br /> connection to existing water and sewer near the site. <br /> 2. The Property is located within an area defined as a High-Quality Water (HQW) zoned by the State <br /> of North Carolina. As site specific development plans are submitted, the State will be reviewing the <br /> proposal for compliance with applicable standards.
