35 <br /> 1. Canopy trees installed within a landscape island shall be, at <br /> a minimum, 1 % inch caliper at dbh at time of installation; <br /> 2. Staff recommends inclusion of a typical 'tree grate area' <br /> design schematic showing the 'tree grate area' design as <br /> well as the anticipated installation of proposed foliage. <br /> P. SIGNS: Staff summarizes the proposed signage for the Project as follows: <br /> i.
