Planting Requirements — Street Trees. All required street trees will <br /> be installed along existing and proposed public streets, not <br /> including alleys, when above and below ground utilities and <br /> stormwater infrastructure allow as shown on the Landscape Buffer <br /> Plan (Sheet C6.0) included in the Rezoning Plan. Street trees shall <br /> be at least 1'/2 inches in caliper at time of planting. Canopy trees <br /> required as part of land use buffers may also be applied towards <br /> the Street Tree requirement. <br /> vi. Planting Requirements — Between Lot Plantings: Between lot <br /> plantings will not be required on any Development Area except as <br /> shown as shown on the Landscape Buffer Plan (Sheet C6.0) <br /> included in the Rezoning Plan. <br /> vii. Planting Requirements — Foundation Plantings: The required <br /> foundation plantings shall be in accordance with the following: <br /> 1. Development Area 1: Plantings will be provided within <br /> proximity to all buildings using the following standards: <br /> a. Landscape islands will be directly adjacent to the <br /> primary sidewalks to each building. Total square <br /> footage provided for all landscape islands will be <br /> equivalent to 5 feet times the total length of the three <br /> primary sides (excluding the rear) of all buildings. <br /> Landscaping will not be placed in direct proximity to <br /> the building foundation due to safety and foundation <br /> infiltration concerns. <br /> 2. Development Areas 2 — 6: Landscape area at least five <br /> feet (5) wide for a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of the <br /> primary frontage side of the building. <br /> viii. Interior landscaping shall be consistent with the following: <br /> 1. In-general: <br /> a. Unless otherwise modified herein, parking lot <br /> landscaping shall be provide consistent with Section <br /> 6.8.7 (d) (2) of the UDO; <br />
