177 <br /> The parcels are further identified utilizing Orange County Parcel Identification <br /> Numbers (PIN) 9854-16-1576 (approximately 92 acres) and 9854-36-3711 <br /> (approximately 12 acres) and are located north of Interstate 85/40, east of Mt. <br /> Willing Road, and west of the Interstate 85/US Highway 70 Connector. <br /> The Orange County Planning Board reviewed the application at its November 4, <br /> 2020 regular meeting and voted unanimously to recommend approval of the <br /> application.
