Harvey, Planner with Orange County, North Carolina, DO HEREBY <br /> CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.8 of the Orange County <br /> Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), I have or caused notice of a PUBLIC HEARING <br /> for the project referenced herein as follows: <br /> 1. MAILED NOTICES: Notices giving specifics on the zoning atlas amendment <br /> request, contact information, the dates/times/location of the BOCC public hearing <br /> including instructions on how to access the virtual public hearing and be able to <br /> offer comment(s) on the proposal were mailed: <br /> a. First class mail to all property owners within 1,000 ft. ( as identified by <br /> Orange County Tax records) of the subject properties; and <br /> b. Certified mail to the owners of the 2 parcels. <br /> on November 25, 2020, 19 days before the meeting. <br /> 2.
