A total of 16 signs on several separate gas pumps advertising fuel <br /> type, each sign 5.5 sq.ft. in area (total of approximately 88 sq.ft.). <br /> b. Other development areas: <br /> i. A total of 8 monument signs, each with 240 sq.ft. of sign area not <br /> exceeding 20 ft. in height (cumulative of 1,920 sq.ft. of sign area); <br /> ii. Wall Signs: 64 sq.ft. of wall sign area for each individual tenant <br /> space; <br /> iii. Directional and temporary/construction/real estate signage <br /> consistent with the provisions of Section 6.12 Signs of the UDO. <br />
