(A <br /> would need brought back to the five WASMPBA parties for <br /> approval). <br /> Commissioner Dorosin clarified that this item is about 2 lots, and the other nine are <br /> already hooked up. <br /> Perdita Holtz said essentially it is 2 lots, which already have stub outs, but need service. <br /> She said the additional 9 are being added for consistency. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin asked if these two lots were stubbed out prior to the boundary <br /> agreement being made. <br /> Perdita Hotlz said service to the subdivision began in 1997, but in 2000 the Town of <br /> Chapel Hill was working on its comprehensive plan, and pulled back the urban service boundary <br /> at that time. She said the preexisting stubs outs were not taken into account, and she does not <br /> know why. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Marcoplos, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> adopt the resolution which approves designating the 11 parcels (totaling 31.88 acres) in <br /> question as being located within the "Primary Service Area" for water and sewer services on the <br /> map in Appendix A of the WASMPBA. <br /> Chair Rich called each Commissioner by name (roll call). <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Chair Rich said the discussion can now move to the second part of the item. <br /> Commissioner Greene said she heard that other districts are in favor of pursuing a <br /> policy, but she is not. She said these boundaries were drawn with great deliberation, and <br /> should come back to the Board on a case by case basis. She said she is really opposed to an <br /> abstract policy on these matters. <br />
